Our facility is located at 19940 State Highway 181, just 1/2 mile south of the Fairhope Avenue intersection. We are easily accessible to customers from Fairhope, Daphne, Belforest, Point Clear, Silverhill and Montrose. You can’t miss us!
What are your access hours?
Provision Storage is delighted to confirm that our self storage facility is open for access 24 hours a day.
When are your office hours?
If you’d like to speak to a member of our friendly team, you can call our office at (251) 928-1913 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Outside of those hours, feel free to contact us through our website.
What security features does Knockout Storage have?
Our facility is fitted with the latest security cameras that monitor and record throughout the day and night. LED lighting is plentiful on our premises.
What’s the best way to pay my bill?
We recommend our online bill payment system. All you need is access to the internet and a credit card or check. For convenience, you can sign up for monthly automatic credit card withdrawl payments online or at our office.
How long is a rental agreement?
Rental agreements are month to month and renew on the first of each month, which allows customers to rent for whatever time period is needed.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first of each month with a four day grace period. A late fee will be imposed after the close of business on the 5th of each month.
What kind of documentation is needed to rent a storage unit?
One of the following forms of identification: state issued identification card, drivers license, passport, or military ID.
